Hi, I'm Lisa, a registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to supporting you navigate your unique path towards healing and growth. Life can be hard. At times, we may feel completely overwhelmed, scared and alone. Or have crushing anxiety that makes it hard to cope with our everyday life. Sometimes we feel stuck or we don't know what we are feeling but we just want to feel like ourselves again. While pain is often a part of life, it's not something that we have to deal with alone. Reaching out for support is the first step.
I combine various evidence-based talk therapy approaches with mindfulness and somatic awareness (listening to the physical sensations and signals that your body sends). My approach is tailored to meet your individual needs, helping to empower you to achieve personal growth. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling and I have worked across many different environments including corporate, not-for-profit, private practice, and NDIS. I am a Level 4 member of the Australian Counselling Association.
